This Saturday we'll be traveling to Georgia to celebrate this sweet couple and photograph their wedding day! I can't wait! I photographed their engagement session in Lexington, KY at the Historic Pope Villa.
Pope Villa is one of the most important residential buildings in America preserving the history of architecture. The Bluegrass Trust decided to save and preserve it after a fire revealed that it was designed by Benjamin Henry Latrobe, America's first professional architect. It is in the middle of some serious restoration which is why we were so lucky to be allowed inside to take photos.
