During the planning process Ashley was also working hard to graduate college to become a nurse.  She was able to overcome taking finals, passing state boards, and find a job all while putting together the biggest day of her life.  Thankfully she had the help of her sweet momma and a team of amazing vendors ... I'd say it was a success for sure!

Question:  What was the most memorable moment of the day for you?

Ashley:  Definitely seeing Ben for the first time.  I am not a very emotional person, but when I walked in and Ben turned around, I could feel the tears coming for sure.

I was so happy that Ashley and Ben agreed to do portraits before the ceremony.  That way we had time and energy to get this next series of photos which turned out to be my favorites of the day.  Sara and I scoped a big weedy, wispy field behind the church that was perfect.  It was super sunny, but thankfully Ashley and Ben were agreeable and happy to do whatever I asked them to.  I love my clients!!!!

The bouquet was made of roses, aster lilies, freesia, and berries.  So fresh and summery!

Father, daughter moments on wedding days are always so special to me.  Sara caught this one just before they walked down the isle.
