Welcoming the guests to the reception was the twang and rustle of a live old time string band. Knoxville's own
The Bearded provided foot tappin' entertainment and set the mood for a very lively evening.
Genny and Seth announced their arrival by ringing an old school bell in the back yard of Genny's child hood home. It was a beautiful little detail to honor Genny's family of teachers.
If you are planning an event that needs catering I highly recommend you look into this company out of Athens, GA.
Home.made provided an array of delicious traditionally southern dishes with a twist. The menu included an assortment of foods made from scratch with local ingredients. I can't say enough about how delicious and original the food was. It was WONDERFUL!!!
This beautiful cake was made by Genny's friend Connie Simpson.
And the groom's cake ... well you can read below ... this was one of my favorite details!
